SAM Coating GmbH has been working for many years with an external company that specializes in occupational safety and supports SAM Coating GmbH as a certified safety specialist.
In order to raise internal awareness of safety issues and enable security deficiencies to be identified and rectified at short notice, one employee was trained as a security officer in December. The training was provided by the BG RCI (Raw Materials and Chemical Industry) professional association.
Key points relating to occupational safety were covered (e.g., health in the workplace, handling safety data sheets/operating instructions, hazards posed by noise, working with hazardous substances, etc.).
